The present agreement concerns exclusively all sales of the e-shop – www.hartampas.com – Chartampas D.–I. G.P. based in Thessaloniki, 12 Paparigopoulou St., Greece, VAT No. 998501699.
Any change to this content must be confirmed in written form by the company.
Personal information is collected solely for the purpose of proper functioning of the online ordering platform to which only the e-shop operators have access. We expressly declare that the data are not available, sold or rented to third parties by the company. Data may be disclosed to third parties only to the extent that it is necessary for the provision of services such as:
- Α.Transportation (transport company, courier)
- B.Cooperated Bank (Online Payments)
The Company maintains a record of the above data for the length of time the client/user remains a registered user. As a registered user of our website, clients/users may at any time have access to their personal information (Article 12 of Law 2472/1997) as well as request to change or delete such data and generally raise objections to the processing of their data (Article 13 of Law 2472/1997). If someone wishes to exercise these access and objection rights they can contact us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org..
Under no circumstances will anyone be required to provide us with sensitive payment, card or code information.
All transactions made at www.hartampas.com are governed by the Consumer Protection Law (Law 2251/1994) which regulates issues related to distance sales, as supplemented – modified by KYA. Z1-891 / 13-8-2013.
To make purchases from our online store, someone must be an adult.
Orders are made in writing via the internet through filling out and sending the relevant order form available on www.hartampas.com and are only binding if accepted by our company, that is until the customer receives an e-mail from us accepting the order (Order Confirmation).
Before sending the Order form, clients/users should be aware of the following:
- 1. the characteristics of the product they wish to buy.
- 2. the listed retail prices of our products, including legal VAT
- 3. the listed wholesale prices do not include legal VAT
- 4. information on the shipping charges for the products to be sold
- 5. any tenders shall be valid until stocks are exhausted
- 6. that there may be a difference in colour due to the photo or screen resolution you see the products.
Our company enables the user to order products through an online store and obtain these products through a courier company or carrier (after contacting the customer). We also offer the option of receiving the order products from our store, repaying their purchase price by cash or card. Customers can choose and pay their purchase price in the following ways:
- Cash to the courier.
- Credit / debit / prepaid card.
- Bank transfer.
- Cash / card at the physical store.
Please note that if the payment method is through bank transfer, the deposit must be made no later than the next business day from the date of the order. In the event that the deposit is not made on that date, we reserve the right to immediately cancel the contract. If the products are listed on our site with the wrong price due to an error, but your order has already been accepted by us before the error is discovered, you will receive as soon as possible an email from us informing you for the error and will ask you if you would like to purchase the product you have already ordered with its new correct price. If you declare that you do not wish to pay the correct price or if you do not respond within two working days or sending us an email, we reserve the right to cancel the contract immediately.
In case that we have already received the price of the product in any way, we will immediately refund it by depositing it to a bank account indicated to us.
Return Policy – Right to cancel an order
Customers may return the product within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product if it is defective and in that case the cost of the refund is charged on us.
Refunds are accepted, provided that:
- The fabric is defective, has not been cut by you and has not been washed
- The product is in the same condition as you received it
- The product is accompanied by a retail receipt or invoice
Customers who wish to cancel an order for hotel equipment products, must notify us by e-mail at email@example.com by entering their full details, the order or product code they wish to cancel or part of the order they wish to cancel within 2 business days. If a product is returned, the refund will be carried out -as described above- within 30 days of the date we receive the product and after we notify the customer by e-mail that we have accepted the return.
If it is found that a user repeatedly abusively and/or maliciously uses our online platform, i.e. repeatedly ordering products and then canceling the contract and failing to accept them, we are entitled to refuse orders from her/him.
Product Delivery / Delivery Fees
The products can be shipped to our customers anywhere in the Greek territory and in any country of the European Union and at the address indicated in the order request. Shippings are made by courier daily except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
- Shippings to Greece
Basic charge for orders weighing up to 3 kilos is €2,50 (euros) and there is a charge of €1,00 (euro) for each extra kilo. Delivery time is approximately 2 to 7 days. In the event of a freight collect or pay on delivery there is an extra charge of €2,00 (euros).
For deliveries that are carried out by carriage due to excess mass of the product, there will be written or telephone communication.

We are not responsible for delays in delivering products that are not due to our own fault but due to factors and events not controlled by us such as strikes, supplier problems, weather phenomena, etc. Ownership of the product is transferred after full redemption but any other risk which may occur during delivery time stays with the buyer.
Our company does not cover any guarantee for third-party products ie products not manufactured by us and which we simply resell. For these products, a warranty will be sent to the customer, when available, directly from the manufacturer and will be enclosed in the product packaging.
We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the transactions. This will be the case once the current text is updated for any change.
Colour deviations can occur as photographic print can deviate quite well from the actual fabric.
If any part of the contract is invalid, the rest of the contract is unaffected and will continue to apply.
Applicable law - Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by Greek law and the legislation governing electronic commerce and consumer protection and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thessaloniki.
